Employers Warned of Fraud 'Red Flags'

Maryland's Injured Workers' Insurance Fund posted "red flags of workers' comp claimant fraud" for employers on its Web site. "There are numerous red flags that a fraudulent claimant may wave," the fund said. "Taken individually, some may not be reason for suspicion. But any one of them may be reason for a closer look and none should be ignored."
