OR DWC to Hold Employer Coverage Workshop

The Oregon Workers' Compensation Division will be offering a free employer coverage workshop in Portland on March 25. The workshop will give an overview of the workers' compensation system in Oregon including discussions regarding key concepts such as: exclusive remedy, no-fault insurance, class codes, and experience-modification factors. There will also be discussions on subjectivity issues and alternatives to obtaining a workers' compensation policy.
