OAH Posts Intervenor Resources Online

The Minnesota Office of Administrative Hearings posted workers' compensation intervenor resources to its Web site. Among the resources listed are a workers' compensation subpoena overview (as a PowerPoint presentation) and tips on use of e-mail in workers' compensation proceedings, "particularly in the screening done for settlement conferences."
