GatesMcDonald Sells UE Comp to TALX

GatesMcDonald, a subsidiary of Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company, and TALX (Nasdaq: TALX) announced today that they have entered into a definitive agreement for TALX to purchase GatesMcDonald's unemployment compensation business. The transaction is effective immediately. With about $33 million in annual service fees, GatesMcDonald has a leading market position in unemployment compensation services.
