Municipal workers' compensation woes are not isolated to Los Angeles, according to the Atlanta Journal and Constitution. The paper ran a story on 8/2 reporting that Atlanta's lost time rate for workers' compensation claims is 11 times greater than most other municipal governments, based on a report produced by Cooperative Personnel Services.
