Comments on Rates, Rate-Making Rules Sought

The Oregon Department of Business and Consumer Services, Insurance Division, has called for comments on proposals to amend rules relating to workers' compensation insurance rates and rate making. Comments are due by May 26. The first rule, relating to insurer reporting of workers' compensation loss cost information to the Insurance Division, is amended to allow insurers to use Oregon or National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) reporting forms.
