The Connecticut Compensation Review Board upheld a trial commissioner in Kronick v. Ansonia Copper & Brass Co., a dispute over the effects of a workplace accident on an employee with pre-existing lung problems.
The board reported the case "involves the situation of 'taking the claimant as you find him'" and defined in previous Connecticut cases.
