OH Chiro Busted for Billing Fraud

The Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation (BWC) announced a Greenville, Ohio man has pled guilty to a felony charge of workers' compensation fraud. Dr. Robert Fantasia was sentenced to one year probation, basic supervision and court costs. He also paid BWC over $216,000 in restitution and surrendered his State of Ohio chiropractic license.
