FL GCWC Reform Plan Includes FairCare, Others

The Florida Governor's Commission on Workers' Compensation (GCWC) is entering the final stages of its deliberations on workers' comp reform as it prepares to submit its report to the Legislature by January 31. The final report is expected to contain elements of the FairCare plan as well as provisions addressing exemptions, attorneys fees, and other issues.
