The Montana Department of Labor and Industry will hold a public hearing at 10 a.m. Sept. 28 on a proposed non-facility fee schedule using the Resource Based Relative Value Scale (RBRVS) developed by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
The hearing will be held in Department of Public Health and Human Services auditorium at 111 N. Sanders St. in Helena.
In 2007, the Montana Legislature passed legislation that directs the department to establish an RBRVS-based fee schedule for non-facility medical services provided to injured workers.
