Officers of Colonial Casualty Charged with Looting

Two officers of Colonial Casualty Insurance Co., a workers' compensation insurance company based in Dallas now in receivership, have been indicted for stealing over $1 million form the company. Travis County District Attorney Ronald Earle announced that Walter Edward Neuls and Deidra Ellen Neuls, husband and wife, were charged with misapplying fiduciary property of over $1,000,000, and were indicted for making a false statement in writing to the Texas Department of Insurance.
