The Massachusetts Department of Industrial Accidents will be making hearing notices available by e-mail soon.
Beginning in November 2003, the Department will begin testing a new feature to the system: emailing court notices.
Why would anyone want to receive notices by email? The most compelling reason is speed of delivery. If a court appearance is scheduled for a case today, a notice would be emailed tonight.
