Malibu Sheriff Arrested on Comp Fraud Charge

California State Department of Insurance investigators arrested Lost Hills/Malibu sheriff's Deputy Robert Michael Justin on Thursday on one felony count of grand theft and five felony counts of workers' compensation fraud, the Los Angeles Daily News reported. He was booked at Twin Towers Correctional Facility on $30,000 bail. If convicted, he faces up to five years in prison.
