Cumulative prejudicial evidentiary error requires reversal of an injured worker's product-liability lawsuit, the California 3rd District Court of Appeal ruled. The jury had returned a special verdict finding no design defect in the automatic wood-cutting rip saw on which plaintiff Deborah Lester was injured.
