The Indiana Supreme Court recently upheld the "exclusive remedy" of workers' compensation by dismissing an injured worker's suit against a carrier alleging intentional deprivation of certain statutory rights by refusing to provide workers compensation benefits and by denying him access to timely medical care and physical therapy.In John Sims v.
