Testimony about a review of a claimant's records doesn't need to identify every document the reviewer examined, the 10th District Court of Appeals for Ohio ruled. In State ex rel Wright v. Industrial Commission of Ohio, No. 05AP-669, May 23, 2006, Vickie Wright sustained a "trapezius muscle strain and myofascitis" injury while employed as an assembly worker for Honda of America Manufacturing.
