Shea to Replace McCarter on Mont. Court

The 12-year reign of Montana Workers' Compensation Court Judge Mike McCarter will end when his six-year term expires on Sept. 7. Gov. Brian Schweitzer appointed Jim Shea, a 39-year-old Missoula attorney who specializes in representing railroad workers' with their comp claims, to head the Workers' Compensation Court, the Associated Press reported over the weekend.
