The Oregon Department of Consumer and Business Services announced a hearing regarding the 2008 workers' compensation premium assessment rates will be from 10 to 10:30 a.m. Sept. 23 in conference room F in the basement of the Labor and Industries Building at 350 Winter St. N.E. in Salem.
