The Occupational Safety and Health Administration issued 25 citations with penalties totaling $176,000 against Pyramid Mouldings of Rossville, Ga., for allegedly exposing workers to repeated and serious safety and health hazards.
OSHA area director Andre Richards reported the inspection was conducted "because of a programmed safety inspection that was expanded to include a health inspection."
"We found that significant safety and health issues still exist," Richards said.
