Police: 'Alleged Workman's Comp Adjusters Part of Scam'

A Florida woman who for four years was hounded by "workman's comp adjusters" to pay her neighbor's bills was actually a victim of elder abuse, according to New Port Richey police. The Police Department on Sunday arrested 57-year-old Craig Wilson in New Port Richey on a charge of exploitation of the elderly, according to a report in the St. Petersburg Times. The newspaper said Wilson was held in the Pasco County jail in lieu of $20,000 bail on Monday evening.
