Ohio Attorney General Jim Petro will take a second look at warnings by the Securities and Exchange Commission about excessive broker commissions to see whether he was "deceived" by officials with the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation, the Cleveland Plain Dealer reported Thursday.
Petro, a Republican, has been under fire from Democrats because he found no wrongdoing when he first investigated allegations in a 2004 letter from the SEC.
