Mich. Sets Employee-Leasing Rule Hearing

The Michigan Workers' Compensation Agency will hold a public hearing next Monday in Lansing to receive public comment on newly drafted criteria for employee leasing companies applying to join self-insured groups. The proposed rule (Group Self-Insurance; Employee Leasing) is Rule Set 2005-080LG.
