Joseph La Barge Joins PMA Legal Department

PMA Capital Corporation is pleased to announce that Joseph W. La Barge has joined PMA Capital's Corporate Legal Department as an Assistant Vice President-Assistant General Counsel. His principal responsibilities are securities law compliance, corporate ethics and corporate finance. For the past five years, Mr. La Barge was a Business and Finance Associate with the Philadelphia law firm of Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll, LLP.
