Final Hearing on ASC Manual Scheduled

The Florida Division of Workers' Compensation (DWC) on Tuesday added its final draft of the reimbursement manual for ambulatory surgical centers to the Feb. 13 hearings schedule. DWC said it has received a written request to conduct a hearing on the final draft of the 2006 manual, which has been in limbo since the Florida Hospital Association launched a legal challenge to the hospital reimbursement manual in 2005.
