N.J. Posts Annual Insurance Fraud Report

The New Jersey Office of Insurance Fraud Prosecutor (OIFP) convicted 182 defendants last year, secured $88 million in restitution to insurance companies and other victims and yielded civil finds, judgments and settlements totaling $11 million, according to an annual report submitted to the state Legislature Wednesday.
