Hearings on Paperless Filing System Set

The South Dakota Division of Insurance will hold two public meetings to present information on changes being made in producer licensing and other areas. The division announced that effective May 1 it will no longer accept paper filings but will require filings be made through the System for Electronic Rate and Form Filing (SERFF).
