Commission Issues New Subpoena Form

The Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission has issued a new subpoena form (IC16) that allows the parties to agree that a witness need not appear in person to tesify in a case. The revision added a check box stating that the petitioner and respondent have agreed that the person being subpoenaed may mail materials to the party requesting the subpoena.
