A Los Angeles woman has appealed a workers' compensation judge's denial of her lien for language-translator services, in part, because Korean-speaking doctors were available to her. The claimant filed a petition for reconsideration of Judge Gilbert Katen's decision in Michelle Chang vs. Manna Cake & Bakery, Zenith Ins. Co. (MON 0285998).
