XL Insurance announced Thursday the opening of a new regional office in Houston. The new office, located at 5847 San Felipe in the San Felipe Plaza, will focus on providing XL Insurance clients, particularly marine and offshore energy businesses in the region, with local underwriting expertise and claims services, the company said in a press release.
