The Missouri Division of Workers' Compensation (DWC) announced the poster (WC-106) required to give employees notice of their rights and responsibilities under workers' compensation has been updated.
The division reported that there are "three versions of the poster currently available and any one is valid for compliance with the law."
The versions are noted by the publication date located in the lower right hand corner of the poster and the changes that were made.
"If you currently display any of these versions you are in compliance with the law," DWC advised.
