The $40 million project to push the massive California workers' compensation court system off paper and across the digital divide is on schedule for midyear 2008.
Workers' Compensation Appeals Board Administrator Keven Star revealed Thursday to a workers' compensation labor-management panel that the Electronic Adjudication Management System (EAMS) project is nine months from going live.
