Ogden, Utah resident Robert Paul Martinez, 30, received a 180 day jail sentence for workers' compensation insurance fraud. According to a report in Insurance Journal, Martinez was sentenced to serve one to 15 years in the Utah State Prison, which sentence is suspended on the condition that he pay full restitution to Workers Compensation Fund (WCF) and spend 180 days in the Weber County Jail.
