A bill requiring providers to submit workers' compensation bills electronically has cleared both houses of the New Jersey Legislature.
The bill passed on Sept. 15 with a 37-0 vote in the Senate and a 75-0-0 vote in the Assembly. The legislation also requires medical bills to be paid within 60 days.
