The Workers' Compensation Appeals Board, in an en banc decision released Tuesday, overturned an award of permanent partial disability benefits to a former professional football player for his cumulative trauma injuries sustained during the course of his career with the New Orleans Saints and Cincinnati Bengals.In Carroll v.
