Lawsuit Claims State Perpetuates Gender Discrimination in Comp System

State regulators not only turned a blind eye to “the gender discrimination rampant in California’s workers’ compensation system” but affirmatively contribute to bias against injured women, according to a lawsuit filed Wednesday in Los Angeles County Superior Court.
