Business Process Re-engineering Project Will Result in Minor Cost Reductions

The New York State Workers’ Compensation Board, which recently helped pass a 9.3% increase in loss cost rates, concedes that a highly touted, multi-year process to streamline system operations “will only result in minor reductions” of loss costs.
