The New York Workers’ Compensation Board is changing the way some injuries to the back, neck and knee as well as carpal tunnel syndrome are treated in workers’ compensation cases with their adoption of new non-acute medical treatment guidelines.
The board gave official notice of adoption of the amended guidelines in a notice posted in Friday's edition of the state Register.
