ORLANDO, Fla. -- Florida's top workers' compensation judge boasted Tuesday that his state launched an electronic court filing system for a fraction of the money budgeted for a similar project in California.
David Langham, deputy chief judge of the Office of the Judges of Workers' Compensation Claims (OJCC), said his court is making major improvements to its "e-file" system this year without asking lawmakers for any special appropriations.
