Nine months after Gov. Scott Walker signed legislation authorizing the state to prosecute workers' compensation fraud, the Wisconsin Department of Justice hired a part-time investigator and assistant attorney general to go after workers, employers and others ripping off the system.
DOJ did not name the investigator or AAG on Monday, nor did it provide their curriculum vitae, but both start Nov. 28, DOJ spokesman Johnny Koremenos said.
