Board Continuing Effort on Medical Treatment Guideline Updates

SCHENECTADY, New York – The New York Workers' Compensation Board is continuing to work on medical treatment guidelines mandated by 2007 reforms and updated with new chapters last month. Co-Medical Director Elain Sobol Berger provided the board with an update regarding the status of new and current medical treatment guidelines during a presentation at the board's monthly meeting on Tuesday.
