Claimants' attorney Sarah Barkley Raaymakers has been named a partner at the Tampa Bay law firm Carlson, Meissner, Hart & Hayslett P.A., the firm announced Friday.

Raaymakers started clerking at the firm as a law student in 2007. She became an associate attorney in 2009 upon graduation.

Raaymakers holds a bachelor's degree in French and linguistics from the College of William and Mary in Virginia, and a law degree from Stetson University in Florida.

During college, she interned at the National Center for State Courts in Williamsburg, Virginia, and the Commonwealth Attorney's Office in Charlottesville, Virginia. During law school, she interned at the Pinellas County Public Defender's Office in Florida.

Raaymakers represents claimants in workers' compensation, Social Security Disability Insurance and personal injury cases.
