Moller has worked as a staff attorney at the board for the past six months, according to the November 2019 issue of the WCB’s News & Case Notes newsletter.
He was in private practice representing injured workers, employers and insurers for 20 years before joining the Workers’ Compensation Board. He was also an appellate lawyer for SAIF Corp., Oregon’s state-chartered carrier; a WCB board member; and a WCB staff attorney.
