Directors of Oregon’s SAIF Corp. will discuss policyholder dividends during a Wednesday meeting in Bend.

SAIF’s board of directors is scheduled to discuss and possibly approve a dividend recommendation, according to the meeting agenda. Information about the possible size of the return is not included in the agenda.

Directors are also scheduled to discuss and possibly approve a recommendation for reinsurance.

Members will also hear informational updates on second quarter financial performance and the board’s audit committee.

The board of directors meets 10 a.m. Wednesday at SAIF’s office, 99 SW Disk Drive in Bend.
