Last Call for Comp Laude® Nominations & Content Proposals

Camarillo, Calif. — WorkCompCentral issued a reminder that nominations for the 2019 Comp Laude® Awards and content proposals for the conference must be submitted by March 31, 2019. 

The Comp Laude® Awards recognize exceptional individuals within the workers’ compensation industry who are working to make a difference. The ten award categories include: injured worker, applicant/claimant attorney, defense attorney, medical professional, doctor/physician, industry leader, employer, service provider/vendor, claims professional, and work comp philanthropy. The Comp Laude® award ceremony will take place on September 24, 2019.

Content proposals are also due at the end of the month. Proposed content should be fresh, engaging, and applicable to all audience levels. The conference aims to benefit all stakeholders within in the workers’ compensation industry, so providing top notch, relevant content is paramount. All general sessions will be held on Tuesday, September 24th, 2019. Chosen proposals will be notified in early April 2019.

The 2019 Comp Laude® Awards and Gala will be held at the Paséa Hotel & Spa in beautiful Huntington Beach, CA from September 23-25, 2019. This event aims to change the narrative of workers’ compensation to a more positive dialogue and bring all stakeholders to the table to participate in that conversation.
