Our standard policy is to accept most returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. You may return most items sold by workcompoutlet.com within 30 days of delivery for a refund, minus your initial shipping costs. Simply mail us back the applicable product with an explanation for your return so that we may better assist your needs and we will issue a refund. Please note, if your return is due to workcompoutlet error, we will also pay the return shipping cost.
In addition, we will not issue a refund for the return of certain items, including:
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Any item that has obvious signs of use.
Any item (including but not limited to CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record) that has been opened or taken out of its plastic wrap.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
