Dr. Brigham is the Senior Contributing Editor for the AMA Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment, Sixth Edition. He serves on the Advisory Committee, and was a contributor/author for several chapters, including Upper Extremities, Lower Extremities and Spine.
