Rating Bureau Clarifies Application of Terrorism Risk Changes

The New Jersey Compensation Rating and Inspection Bureau issued a bulletin Friday to clarify that changes to the terrorism risk insurance program that were announced earlier this year apply to all new and renewal policies effective Jan. 1. The bureau in June published Manual Amendment Bulletin No. 497 announcing changes to the New Jersey Workers Compensation and Employers Liability Insurance Manual that were required by the Terrorism Risk Insurance Program Reauthorization Act of 2019.
