Paradigm Announces Clinical Solutions Leadership Promotions

California-based specialty care management firm Paradigm announced the promotions of Elizabeth Ulloa Lowry and Shannon Ford in the company’s Clinical Solutions group. Lowry will now serve as senior vice president of risk solutions, and Ford was promoted to senior vice president of case management solutions.
