VWCC Releases proposed Revisions to Vocational Rehab Guidelines

The Virginia Workers’ Compensation Commission has posted proposed revisions to its vocational rehabilitation guidelines. The vocational rehab guidelines are meant to provide better understanding between parties in a case that requires vocational rehab, as well as to eliminate needless conflict and litigation.
