Jill Dulich to Take Over as CSIA Executive Director

Jill Dulich will succeed Phil Millhollon as executive director of the California Self-Insurers Association, effective Jan. 1. Dulich has served as the claims and operations manager for California Self-Insurers’ Security Fund since 2015. In addition to managing daily administrative operations of the fund, she also oversees the third-party administrators of claims assigned to the fund after the default of a self-insured employer.
